I would like to ask the planning and zoning committee to consider 2923 Kavanaugh Blvd Ste G,
Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 for a zoning variance to a Short Term Rental-2. It is currently zoned for
commercial. I own multiple businesses around central Arkansas and feel this would bean added
asset to the community. There is plenty of parking for this property and the property 719 N Spruce
behind it. I will ensure that the property is taken care of properly and be available for any issues
that might arise.
