RE: Lacey Court preliminary plat
Mr. Thrower,
Please find attached the application, preliminary plat and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The developer is requesting approval of the attached preliminary plat which proposes 10 lots on the
existing 2.2 acres. The lots are proposed at 50 ft. wide by 120 ft. deep.
The developer is requesting that front setbacks be approved at 15 ft. rather than the typical 25 ft.
The reduced setbacks will match the front setbacks for the existing development to the west. This
will allow the proposed development to blend in with the surrounding homes in the Madison Valley
subdivision. All other setbacks will match the 11-2 zone.
Water and sanitary sewer are available to the property from the south and west. There are no
boundary street improvements required. Stormwater detention will be provided.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Do not hesitate to call if
