1. Submit filing fee in the amount of $200.00.
2. Submit revised preliminary plat incorporating the highlighted requirements on the
attached checklist.
3. Correct front building setback within the “Building Setbacks” block.
4. Show and label the secondary access, running from Lacy Lane to the new street.
