Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, April 14, 2025. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.

Singh Convenience Store – PD-C
Northwest corner of Lawson Road & David O. Dodd Road
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide operating hours for the proposed use.
2. Will alcoholic beverages be sold? If so, obtain necessary permits.
3. How many employees will be present at any given time?
4. Provide elevations for convenience store building and canopy.
5. Provide information on building exterior materials.
6. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning
Ordinance.
7. Will there be a sign? If so, show on site plan. All signage must comply with Section
36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs allowed in commercial zones).
8. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
9. Staff recommends deferral of the application so that the site plan can be revised
according to comments/requirements from reviewing agencies.
