The intent of this request is to allow the construction of a duplex on the site. The property is currently undeveloped and is located in a district where duplexes are permissible as a conditional use. This project will contribute to the local housing supply and align with the character of the surrounding neighborhood. I have reviewed the zoning requirements and am committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and conditions set forth by the Planning Commission.
