Re: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Application for [Property Address]
Dear Members of the Planning Commission,
I am writing to formally request a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the property
located at 1016 s Van Buren st little rock 72204, currently zoned as R-3. The intent
of this request is to allow the construction of a duplex on the site.
The property is currently undeveloped and is located in a district where duplexes
are permissible as a conditional use. This project will contribute to the local
housing supply and align with the character of the surrounding neighborhood. I
have reviewed the zoning requirements and am committed to ensuring
compliance with all applicable regulations and conditions set forth by the
Planning Commission.
As required, I have attached the following documents to this application:
A completed CUP application form
o A recent property survey prepared by a professional surveyor
I have also initiated the required notification process for neighboring property
owners within 200 feet of the site and will submit proof of compliance before
the scheduled public hearing.
I respectfully request the opportunity to present this proposal to the Planning
Commission and discuss any concerns or suggestions regarding the project.
