am submitting the attached application for Short Term Rental (STR) and supporting documentation.
The STR is located at 800 North Street, Apt 58, Little Rock, AR 72201 at the Cliffs Condominiums
The Rental is for the entire unit consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This is a gated �ommurity
with 2 parking spaces within the gate and additional street parking outside the gate.
This unit is used part time for personal use and part time as a STR. The unit has been owned since 2027
and used as a part time STR since October 2024. It has all 5-star ratings and is designated as a guest
favorite. By the end of the year, it will be eligible for Super Host status.
Enclosed is the Application along with an overhead view of the property with unit #58 highlighted and
the by-laws for the Condominium Property. A check for the $205 filing fee is being mailed.
