The application for the proposed short-term rental has been deferred twice. Planning Commission by-laws allow two (2) deferrals of an application.
Therefore, the applicant can request to withdraw the application and reapply when ready or send notices to landowners as required for the April 10, 2025, meeting.
If you prefer to withdraw the application, please respond to this correspondence indicated the request to withdraw.
If you prefer to send notices for the April 10, 2025, meeting, notices must be postmarked no later than March 26, 2025. Notice exhibits are due to staff March 28, 2025.
