The proposed building is a 4000 square-foot space
designated for use as a high-end salon suite facility
exclusively for hairstylists. The space is designed to
support independent hair professionals by providing fully
equipped, private salon suites that offer a premium client
experience. There are 5 salons suites that are a self-
contained workspace with individual plumbing, electrical
outlets, and proper ventilation, allowing hairstylists to
operate independently. Each suite includes a shampoo
bowl and stylist chair, ensuring a professional and fully
functional setup. Stylist will operate by appointments
only. There are 2 restrooms for both tenants and clients.
Dedicated parking spaces for stylists and clients,
including ADA-accessible spots.
