Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-8103-A – Brewsters - PCD 5603 Fisher Street Development Staff Comments: Provide a cover letter describing the project in detail. What portions of the building will be utilized for the proposed uses? Include the square footage of the building for the following uses: daycare church barber/beauty Provide the hours and days of operation for the daycare. Provide the hours and days of operation for the church. Provide the hours and days of operation for the barber/beauty use. Show on the site plan the proposed drop-off and pick-up of children. Show on the site plan proposed parking area for the existing church use, the proposed daycare and barber/beauty uses. Provide the maximum number of children and staff at any given time for proposed daycare use. Will there be a play area for the proposed daycare use? If so, show on the site plan. Provide the seating capacity for the existing church use. Provide the maximum number of staff & booths at any given time for the proposed barber/beauty use. RE: Z-8135-A – Brewsters - PCD 5603 Fisher Street Will there be any new construction or the placing of any buildings on the property? If so, show on the site plan. How will trash be collected? Willl there be a dumpster on the site? If so, the dumpster must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Any new sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Other than the existing monument sign, will there be additional signage for the property? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
