Exercise caution when clicking links, opening attachments or taking further action, before validating its authenticity. Debra.  See responses below.  Let me know if you need something more formal.  Also, please note that the existing on-site parking, church seating capacity and school parking requirements are noted on the updated site plan.  As a combined parking facility, we feel the school parking requirements should be taken into consideration when determining the maximum number of on-site parking spaces allowed.  I have also attached an overall site plan of the parish plant for your information. Thank you for your consideration.  Please let me know if you require any additional information. Grades for drives need to not exceed 16% but need to be reviewed by fire as they state not to exceed 10%.    The existing alley slope is approximately 14%.  Our intent is to lower the slope as much possible given the existing sanitary sewer configuration.  It is understood the fire department review may be necessary. 2. Show phasing plan.  Update site plan showing phasing attached. 3. If retaining walls are 4ft in height measured from the bottom of the footing to the top or are surcharge will require permits and engineering analysis and calculations.  Understood and will comply. 4. Each lot is considered separate, this means each lot should have 2 handicap spots, it was discussed that this would be provided on the lower lot.   Understood.  Revised HC parking indicated on attached plan. 5. One stall shall be deemed van accessible and be stripped 11ft for the stall and 5ft min for the aisle.  Refer to attached plan.
