After meeting w/ the neighbors last evening and getting some of their feedback, the parish has decided they would like to defer the CUP application for a month to allow us time to address some of their concerns. I don’t believe there will be any significant changes in the overall concept, but we may reduce the number of parking spaces slightly and reconfigure the proposed access drive on Harrison Street to accommodate an existing significant oak tree.
