Good Afternoon Mr. Carpenter,
Concerning your proposed parking lot at 109 S. Booker, you will want to look at the following code sections:
ZONING
36-522 – Buffers Required
36-523 – Screening Required
LANDSCAPING AND TREE PROTECTION
15-95 – Screening Requirements
15-96 – Perimeter Planting Strips
15-102 – Treatment of Land Use Buffers
It looks like there are a few trees along the south property line of the proposed parking lot, so you will also want to look at Section 15 Article III. – Tree Protection. If you need
species suggestions for your landscape plan, there are some in Sections 15-86 through 15-91. We would need a landscape plan quantity to make any further comments on your site.
