RE: Z-10104 Gonzalez Outdoor Market - PCD West side of Geyer Springs Road, approximately 0.4 miles south of Mabelvale Cut-off Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide days and hours of operation. 2. Will there be a dumpster? If so, the dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. 3. Any new sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 4. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs permitted in institutional and office zones). 5. Permanent bathroom structures will be required.
