5. Proposed use and services:
a) Food truck space rental with a food court area serving this area. This area will have
an open pavilion, concession, and restroom facilities.
b) Commissary kitchen facility. Rental kitchen available to venders for events with food_
c) Warehouse storage buildings being 11,999 sq.ft. each. There will be two of these
buildings on this project. Each building will have 12 warehouse units for rent each
having an office and single bath. 24 warehouse units total.
d) RV storage buildings. This will be two buildings, 11,200 sq.ft. each.
6. This project will be a single owner investment with no division of property. The owner will
manage and maintain the entire project as a rental investment.
7. Utility services will be a single user with the exception being the electric services for the
individual warehouse storage units. Each unit will have its own electric meter.
8. Construction plans and details have been submitted for approval.
