Dear Mr. Collins:
Please fmd the attached survey, proposed Site and Landscaping Plans, information sheet,
application, and other related documents for the subject project. We are requesting on behalf of
Redi-Door Storage, Inc, to be placed on the planning agenda for the Hearing Date of May 9,
2024, for approval of the proposed Site Plan and PCD Zoning.
The requested site plan is for the proposed Local Fares Exchange & Storage on Baseline Road,
Little Rock, AR. The desired use for the property will be for Commissary kitchen, food truck,
and commercial storage.
