Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.
RE: Z-6911-A Local Fares Exchange & Storage - PDC
South side of Baseline Road (10600 Block)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide, in detail, more specific information on the commissary kitchen area.
2. Provide hours/days of operation for the food truck area and the commissary kitchen.
3. Will RV storage structures be enclosed, and will there be any outside storage of vehicles?
4. Provide hours/days of operation for office, warehouse space and RV storage building.
5. Provide building elevations.
6. Provide N/S and E/W cross sections.
7. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the zoning code.
8. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show on site plan. All dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
9. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties
