More than 30 days have passed since Judge Eisele granted
the City's Motion for Summary Judgment. Dr. Roy did not file a
Notice of Appeal within that 30 days. Consequently, I am closing
the file on this matter.
Enclosed with this memo please find a booklet on Kramer
School which Molly Satterfield loaned to me while I was
preparing my Brief. She had asked that I return it to your
office when I was finished with it.
