3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 1, 2025, AS THE DATE TO HEAR A
4 REQUEST TO ABANDON A PORTION OF THE EAST 16TH STREET
5 RIGHT-OF-WAY(APPROXIMATELY 55 FEET IN WIDTH BY 181 FEET
6 IN LENGTH),LOCATED IMMEDIATELY WEST OF BOYCE STREET IN
7 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARICANSAS (G-23-496); AND, FOR
8 OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 abandon a portion of East 16th Street right-of-way(approximately 55 feet in width by 181 feet in length)
12 located immediately west of Boyce Street.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. A hearing to abandon a portion of the Fast 6th Street right-of-way shall be held at a meeting
16 of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in City Hall,2°d Floor Board Room,500 West Markham
17 Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at six o'clock in the evening on July 1, 2025, or as soon thereafter as the
18 matter can be heard on the agenda.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
