3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH WAGNER GENERAL CONTRACTORS,
5 INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE MILLION ONE
6 HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND
7 20/100 DOLLARS ($1,110,769.20) FOR THE INDIAN TRAIL SIDEWALK
8 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND,FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, it has been deemed appropriate and necessary to analyze and design sidewalk
11 improvements along Indian Trail between Glen Drive and Mohawk Circle;and
12 WHEREAS,four(4)responses to an Invitation to Bid("ITB"),Bid No.3026 for Indian Trail Sidewalk
13 were received by the City of Little Rock on April 15, 2025, and it was determined that Wagner General
14 Contractors,Inc.,provided the lowest responsible and responsive bid.
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the Indian Trail Sidewalk
18 project with Wagner General Contractors,Inc.,in an amount not to exceed One Million,One Hundred Ten
19 Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-Nine and 20/100 Dollars, ($1,110,769.20)which is the base bid amount
20 of Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One Dollars($925,641.00),plus,if necessary
21 a twenty percent(20%)contingency.
22 Section 2. Funding for this project is from the 2022 Capital Improvement Bond as authorized by Little
23 Rock,Ark. Resolution 15,968(May 2,2023):Account Activity B3D023S.
24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
25 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
28 resolution.
29 Section 4. Repealer.All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
30 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
