WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the above -described real property be replatted. NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor has caused the above -described rel property to be surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Inc., Arkansas Professional Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title "Lots 1 and 2, being a replat of part of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, Brickbat Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas." The plat bears the signature and seal of Donald W. Brooks, the signature of Grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Page 1 of 4 r ' W'' Little Rock Planning Commission, and has been filed for record and is now of record in Plat Book at Page , in the records of the Circuit Court Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. East Ninth Street and Fairpoint Street, as shown on said plat, are already public streets located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and no new or additional dedication is required, nor is it made, by the replatting of the above -described real property. The lands embraced in the plat shall forever be known as "Lots 1 and 2, being a replat of part of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, Brickbat Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas," and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations as indicated on the plat, and instruments bearing such designations, followed by the words "of Brickbat's Replat of Part of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant," shall be good and sufficient for all purposes whatever.
