THAT WHEREAS, Brickbat, Inc., an Arkansas corporation ("Grantor"), is the sole owner
of the following described real property:
Part of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant located in part of the SWl/4 SW'/4, of Section
1, and part of the NWl/4 NW1/4 of Section 12, now in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, all lying in T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said SW'/4 SW'/4, of Section 1, run thence
North 0 degrees 08 minutes 49 seconds West along the West line of said Section 1,
451.6 feet to a point on the South right of way of East 9th Street; thence South 89
degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East along said right of way 38.60 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 525.0
feet to a point on the West right of way of Fairpoint Street; thence South 0 degrees
22 minutes 44 second East along said right of way line 311.25 feet; thence South 79
degrees 53 minutes 43 seconds West, 102.24 feet; thence South 60 degrees 41
minutes 38 seconds West 486.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 48 seconds
West 567.70 feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the above -described real property be replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor has caused the above -described rel property to be surveyed
by Donald W. Brooks, Inc., Arkansas Professional Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof,
identified by the title "Lots 1 and 2, being a replat of part of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, Brickbat
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas." The plat bears the signature and seal
of Donald W. Brooks, the signature of Grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the

Little Rock Planning Commission, and has been filed for record and is now of record in Plat Book
at Page , in the records of the Circuit Court Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
East Ninth Street and Fairpoint Street, as shown on said plat, are already public streets
located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and no new or additional dedication
is required, nor is it made, by the replatting of the above -described real property.
The lands embraced in the plat shall forever be known as "Lots 1 and 2, being a replat of part
of Lot 3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, Brickbat Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas," and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations as indicated on the plat, and
instruments bearing such designations, followed by the words "of Brickbat's Replat of Part of Lot
3, Pope's 1000 Acre Grant," shall be good and sufficient for all purposes whatever.
All building codes and zoning ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be applicable to the
lands embraced in said plat.
