beginning. (all being the same as described in Fiduciary's Deed 90-01678)

01 a08'34" E, 36 feet to a point that is 2S feet north of the centerline of Bunch Road; thence N 89026'54" E,
which is parallel and 25 feet north of the centerline of Bunch Road, 264.1 feet; thence S 1008'34" W, 41.54
feet to the point of beginning.
Notes:
115 Rebars are set at all property comers.
Easement of 10 feet across the South shall be used for utilities and/or drainage.
