which is parallel and 25 feet north of the centerline of Bunch Road, 264.1 feet; thence S 1'08'34" W, 41.54
feet to the point of beginning.

• 115 Rebars are set at all property corners.
Easement of 10 feet across the South shall be used for utilities and/or drainage.
