Re: Tract 9 Re -Plat, Two Rivers Harbor Subdivision
Dear Ms. James:
The Two Rivers Harbor Property Owners Association is requesting the re -plat of Tract 9 of Two Rivers
Harbor Subdivision for the purposes of having the existing sewer treatment plant, which currently
resides on the eastern side of Tract 9, to be on a separate parcel of ground that can be transferred to the
Two Rivers Harbor Sewer Improvement District. Proposed Tract 913's ownership will be transferred to the
SID and Tract 9A will remain open space owned by the POA. Hopefully this will answer all of your
questions.
