Certain improvements remain uncompleted and a punch list has been prepared and sent.

Submitted herewith are four (4) copies of the proposed replats for the above referenced tracts.
The developer has engaged a contractor to do the required paving and expects to be through
this week. In order to complete this process as soon as possible, we are requesting that we
begin the review process as soon as possible so as to be able to complete the platting
process as soon as the paving is completed.
Please forward copies of the enclosed drawings to the appropriate parties ar)d inform me of
any needed changes. If you have questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.
