NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That, Mark C. Roberts and Danielle Roberts, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 1 and 2, Mark Roberts Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in a Office of Circj.,Q1pZk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book, Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they replatted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
