Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section
11, Township 01 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (S£/4) of said Section 11;
THENCE South 02 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds West, 25.00 feet along the West line of sold East
Half (E/2) of the North Hoff (N/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) to a found one—half inch diameter rebor and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE South 89 degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds East, 305.81 feet to a found one—half inch diameter
rebor; THENCE South 01 degrees 52 minutes 54 seconds West, 156.66 feet to a set one —half -inch
diameter rebor, THENCE North 87 degrees 57 minutes 51 seconds West, 307.76 feet to a found
one—half inch diameter rebor on the West line of the East Half (E/2) of the North Half (Nj2) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of said
Section 11; THENCE North 02 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds East, 152.08 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Basis of bearing used in this description are Grid North, Arkansas State Plane Coordinate System, South
Zone, North American Datum of 1983 (MAD 83).
