Metes and Bounds Description:
A 1.085—acre parcel of land being part of the East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2) of
the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE/4) of Section 11, Township 01 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2)
the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE/4) of said Section 11; THENCE South 02 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds West, 30.01 feet
along the West line of said East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2) the Northwest Quarter
(NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SW/4) to a found one inch
diameter iron pipe and the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE South 88 degrees 49 minutes 21
seconds East, 285.63 feet to a set one—half inch diameter rebar at the beginning of a curve
concave Southwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet; THENCE Southeasterly 31.66 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 90 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds and a chord (bearing and
distance) of South 43 degrees 28 minutes 13 seconds East 28.46 feet to a set one—half inch
diameter rebar; THENCE South 01 degrees 52 minutes 55 seconds West, 1,56.41 feet to a found
one—half inch diameter rebar on the South line of said East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2)
the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4);
THENCE North 87 degrees 57 minutes 52 seconds West, 307.82 feet to a found one—half inch
diameter rebar at the Southwest corner of said East Half (E/2) of the North Half (N/2) the
Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4);
THENCE North 02 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds East, 152,08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
