KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Chenal Carwash, LLC and Chenal Curve, LLC, hereinafter jointly called
"Grantors," are the owners of the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors have caused the land to be surveyed by Crafton Tull and a
plat made thereof, identified by the title "Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Chenal/Kanis Addition, Being a
Part of Section 1, T-1-N, R-14-W, and a Part of Section 36, T-2-N, R-14-W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas." The plat bears the signatures and seal of Bradley A. Peterson, Registered
Professional Engineer and Gregory T. Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, the signatures of the
Grantors, bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is
filed for record as Plat #,,7 o2q in the real estate records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and all
easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.

The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Lots 1 and Lot 2, Chenal/Kanis
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and every deed of conveyance
shall bear the lot designation as indicated on the plat.
The property shall be used for purposes allowed under applicable zoning ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas. All building codes and zoning ordinances of the City of Little Rock,

Ok, I understand now what you are looking for. This is something Distribution is involved in and they may have already
commented. Bernard Neumeier, Distribution, usually handles these types of responses for Entergy, since electrical
service comes from Distribution and not Transmission. Not sure what type of service you seek, underground or
Overhead? Overhead D-Line usually requires at least a 30' Right of way and underground should require designation of a
10' easement. You will need to call in and set up an account and request for Service and an EA will come out to meet
and design the proper connection and service you require. There is an existing overhead D-Line currently located on the
North side of the T-Line; this most probably will be your source of feed for service. If you already received a response
from Distribution, Transmission will not require any easements, since we are not serving anything. There will be a short
time where Transmission will review Distributions crossing design, but that will be handled in House.

I will have to defer to Frank Riggins on this topic. However, I spoke with Frank earlier and he indicated that the
construction plans had already been reviewed.
With regard to your question, as part of the plat approval process, plats are submitted to the city as well as the
utilities to determine if there is service available and if any additional easements are required. That is what we
are seeking approval on.

Greg, I am not sure what you are asking for from me? On the attached Plat, is there going to be any facilities with the
Entergy Right of Way? If so, Entergy will need a copy of those plans and time to review them. Any improvements within
Entergy Right of Way must be reviewed by Entergy and approved before work will be allowed to proceed. Entergy
prefers any utilities and improvements to be located outside of the Right of Way.
