WHEREAS, William and Katherine McMurry are the sole owners of the following
described property:
All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, of Section 20, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying North of Colonel Glenn Road, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 20, thence North
90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 626.00 feet; thence South 02 degrees 18 minutes
21 seconds West 499.86 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 02
degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds West 287.40 feet to a point which is on the centerline of
Colonel Glenn Road; thence along said centerline South 78 degrees 19 minutes 59
seconds West 314.35 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 00 degrees 42 minutes 36
seconds East 285.53 feet; thence North 78 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East 322.55
feet to the point of beginning containing 2.040 acres more or less.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following Right of Way Dedication to the City of Little Rock;

more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 20, thence North
90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 626.00 feet; thence South 02 degrees 18 minutes
21 seconds West 729.44 feet to the point of beginning of said Right of Way Dedication;
thence continuing South 02 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds West 57.82 feet to a point
which is on the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road; thence along said centerline South 78
degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds West 314.35 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 00
degrees 42 minutes 36 seconds East 58.38 feet; thence North 75 degrees 18 minutes 59
seconds East 54.97 feet; thence North 78 degrees 32 minutes 23 seconds East 87.43 feet;
thence North 78 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds East 97.95 feet; thence North 79 degrees
05 minutes 05 seconds East 96.27 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.418 acres
more or less.
The total property being 1.622 acres more or less after the exception.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said owners, hereinafter termed grantor(s), have caused said tract of land to
be surveyed by Donald -Brooks, Registered Land Surveyor and the Engineering prepared
by Robert D. Holloway, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat thereof made which
is identified by the title Lots 1 and 2, Kathy's Planned Commercial Development
Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date October 8, 2004 and by the
signature of the said Land Surveyor and Engineer and the said grantor(s), and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on
record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in Plat Book _ Page and the grantor(s) do hereby make this
Bill of Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with
said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said
plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance
with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Dear Ms. James,
Please find attached 18 copies of the Final Plat for the referenced project along with a
copy of their Bill of Assurance that has been executed and notarized. You are already in
receipt of the drawing with all the various required signatures on it with regard to this
project.
If you find that you need additional information or clarification of this plat, please advise
otherwise we will wait for your signature in order that we may record it at the courthouse.
