GENERAL NOTES
1. CONTRACTOR SHALL STRIP DISTURBED AREA A DEPTH OF T AND REPLACE ON EXPOSED SLOPE
2. ASPHALT SHALL BE (PG 641
3. REINFORCING STEEL SHALL BE ASTM GRADE 60 UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
4. ALL SUBGRADE IN BASELINE SHALL BE COMPACTED TO 100% MODIFIED PROCTOR DENSITY IN CITY ROW.
ALL SUBGRADE WITHIN SITE PLAN LIMITS TO BE COMPACTEDTO 95% MODIFIED PROCTOR DENSITY.
5. ALL CLASS 7 AGGREGATE SHALL BE COMPACTED TO 100% MODIFIED PROCTOR DENSITY IN CITY ROW.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL UTILITY LOCATIONS
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO UTILITIES.
