Entergy has an existing, 3-phase overhead power line running along the fence line on the north and
west property lines of the property. We will need to retain an easement for these lines as it serves
other customers in the area. We would prefer to have a 15 foot easement on each side of the
centerline of the power line — which means 15 feet on the north and west edge of this property.

Entergy does not object to the re -plat. However, the existing el ec trical UsARribution line on the property
will need to remain in place with its existing platted, or prescriptive easearnaent in place so the line can be
maintained. If the property owner wishes to adjust the line in t he fu WrffnsedHen Entergy will work with
them at that point.
