AR FEE $20.00 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT That whereas we, Randall Thomas Crowder and Kristin Crowder, are the owners of: Lot 2, Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of an alley closed by Little Rock Ordinance #20,547 and recorded as instrument #2012-010787, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of an alley recorded as Instrument #2016-020464, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. We, Rosy Properties, LLC, are the owners of: Lot 9, Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of an alley closed by Little Rock Ordinance #20,547 and recorded as Instrument #2012-010787, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except that part of the alley recorded as Instrument #2016-020464, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas and less and except that part of the alley recorded as Instrument # 2012-060874, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. That we, Randall Thomas Crowder and Kristin Crowder and Rosy Properties, LLC , hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 2R and 9R, Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as instrument No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this plat is reconfigure said Lots. There are no buildings lines or easements on the original plat of Pulaski Heights Addition. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
