A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a found 5/8" rebar & cap (PLS.#5) being used and accepted as the
Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
9; THENCE North 88 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 244.91
feet along the South Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to a
found 5/8" rebar & cap (PLS #5); THENCE North 08 degrees 27 minutes 41 seconds
East for a distance of 238.64 feet leaving said South Line to a found 5/8" rebar &
cap (PLS #1375) said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE North 08 degrees
27 minutes 41 seconds East for a distance of 123,95 feet to a found 5/8" rebar &
cap (PLS #5); THENCE South 88 degrees 40 minutes 53 seconds East for a distance of
214,91 feet to a 5/8" rebar on the East Line of said Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter said line being at or near the Easterly Right-of-way of Arch
Street Pike - Arkansas State Highway #367; THENCE South 03 degrees 43 minutes 14
seconds West for a distance of 137.42 feet along said East Line and said Easterly
Right-of-way to a found chiseled "X"; THENCE North 85 degrees 02 minutes 08
seconds West for a distance of 225.02 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

feet along the South Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to a
found 5/8" rebar & cap (PLS #5); THENCE North 08 degrees 27 minutes 41 seconds
East for a distance of 92.34 feet leaving said South Line to a point said point
being the POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement; THENCE North 08 degrees 27 minutes
41 seconds East for a distance of 146.30 feet to a found 5/8" rebar & cap (PLS
#1375); THENCE South 85 degrees 02 minutes 08 seconds East for a distance of 55.00
feet to a point; THENCE South 02 degrees 38 minutes 08 seconds West for a distance
of 86.50 feet to a point; THENCE South 53 degrees 29 minutes 44 seconds West for a
distance of 90.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

on the proposed Northerly Right-of-way of Vinson Road; THENCE South 89 degrees 15

Right-of-way to a set 1/2" rebar & cap; THENCE along a curve to the left having a
radius of 25.00 feet and an arc length of 37.97 feet, being subtended by a chord of
North 47 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 34.43 feet along said
proposed Northerly Right-of-way to a set 1/2" rebar & cap on the East line of said
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter said line being at or near the Easterly
Right-of-way of Arch Street Pike - Arkansas State Highway #367; THENCE South 03
degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds West for a distance of 82.07 feet along said East
line and said Easterly Right-of-way to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with and subject to covenants, easements, rights -of -way, and
restrictions of record. Said property contains 0.32 acres more or less.
and desire to plat said tract of land, rights -of -way, and easements:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That 1, Mark McMurry, MAM Enterprise, Inc, hereinafter termed grantor(s), have caused said tract of
land to be surveyed by James S. Aunspaugh, Arkansas Registered Professional Land Surveyor #1374, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title of, Lot #1, McMurry Subdivision, and the dedication of Vinson
Road, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the date October 15, 2004, and by the signature of the said surveyor and
the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and
Pulaski County Planning Board, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page k3 and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill
of Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The
land embraced in said plat shall be forever know as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance of said
property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and exofficio
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements
shown on this said plat.

All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line
shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code as adopted by
the municipality having jurisdiction.
