WHEREAS, Kristopher P_ Magnuson, Lindsey M. Magnuson, John C. Fairley and Tobi W. Fairley are the sole owners
of the following described property; Lots 17, 18 and l9. Bella Rosa Estates, Little Rock. Arkansas, and desire to replat
said lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Kristopher P. Magnuson. Lindsey M_ Magnuson, John C. FairIey and Tobi W. Fairley
hereinafter termed grantors have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots 17R and 19F. Bella Rosa. Estates an Addition to
the Ci of Little Rock Arkansas and the date June, 2013 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors,
and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,Arkansas, as Instr. L Zy f� a��' l 1d the grantors do
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder
of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said
plat.
The purpose of this instrument is to divide the three lots into two larger lots. All buildings constructed on said
lot shall be constructed no nearer to the street then the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be
constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
