NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:

be surveyed by Paul M. White , Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
Lot 1OR Bella Rosa Estates and the date . February 2006 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said
grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-0fficio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book A—Page(oLl and the grantor(s)
do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use
this designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance
filed for record and recorded in Deed Book H , Page 381 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
