improvements. With the right of way dedication on Stagecoach, we have given up enough property for right of way to
meet the master street plan requirements. Please advise on what my next step should be.

Boundary street improvements won't be required at this time. However, additional right of way beyond the current state
right of way will be required per City master street plan unless the current right of way already meets master street plan
requirements along Hwy.5 and Hwy. 338. If any improvements are desired, they will be subject to review and approval by
ARDOT District 6.

The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every
deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the
streets and easements shown on the said plat.
This Bill of Assurance shall run for a period of ten (10) years and thereafter shall automatically
renew itself every ten (10) years unless amended or terminated by a majority of the property
owners of the lots in the subdivision.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the Pulaski
County Subdivision and Development Code.
