NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness on the above described property requesting the following
changes:
"PART OF THE BRODKIN LOT OF BLOCK 5, JOHNSON'S ADDITION, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF
THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST 9TH. STREET AND THE QUAPAW LINE (THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID BRODKIN LOT OF BLOCK 5); THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST 9TH STREET, 94.32 FEET (DEED 93 FT.)
TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH AND PARRALLEL WITH THE QUAPAW LINE, 115.85 FT. TO
A POINT; THENCE WEST 94.32 FT. TO A POINT ON SAID QUAPAW LINE; THENCE
SOUTH ALONG SAID QUAPAW LINE, 115.37 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,

has been filed with the Department of Neighborhoods and Planning, 723
West Markham, Little Rock, AR 72201. A public hearing on said
application will be held by the Little Rock Historic District Commission
in the Board of Directors Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, Markham and
Broadway, on 5 MARCH , 19 92 at 5:00 p.m.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST MAY APPEAR and be heard at said time and place
or may notify the Little Rock Historic District Commission of their
views on this matter by letter. All persons interested in this request
are invited to call or visit the Department of Neighborhoods and
Planning, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, 371-4790, and
to review the application and discuss same with the planning staff.

I hereby certify that I have notified all the property owners of record
within the area of influence of the above property, that subject
property is being considered for a Certificate of Appropriateness and
