described as follows:
Commencing at a found 1 " pipe at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4 of said
Section 21, thence North 87 degrees 47 minutes 12 seconds West 417.02 feet to the point
of beginning; thence North 87 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds West 628.47 feet; thence
North 02 degrees 27 minutes 53 seconds East 367.26 feet; thence North 47 degrees 54
minutes 30 seconds East 297.51 feet to a point which is also on the south right of way of
Colonel Glenn Loop Road, thence continue along said south right of way line and along a
curve to the left having a radius of 230.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South
39 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East 128.37 feet; thence continue along said south
right of way line and along a curve to the left having a radius of 230.00 feet and a chord
Dearing and distance of South 71 degrees 46 minutes 03 seconds East 127.17 feet; thence
South 87 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 211.29 feet; thence leaving said right of
way South 02 degrees 51 minutes 37 seconds West 444.08 feet to the point of beginning

NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said LL Ark Properties LLC hereinafter termed grantors, have cause
said tract of land to be surveyed by Robert D. Holloway, Professional Engineer, and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title Final Plat of Lot 5 GlenRidge
Crossing, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date4CC1,

the signature of the said engineer and the grantors, and bears a
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument # ,

The grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said Plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line shown on the Plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
