COOPER LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., (-DEVELOPER-), IS THE OWNER OF ALL REAL

BRINGING THE LANDS REFLECTED UPON THIS PLAT WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF THE
DECLARATION, AND THE DECLARATION IN ITS ENTIRETY IS BY REFERENCE MADE A
PART OF THIS PLAT. THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION SHALL CONTROL AS TO
