THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION SHALL CONTROL AS TO THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE IN THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT. 2. THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT IS TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENTS AND SETBACK LINES THAT WAS CONTAINED ON THE "ORIGINAL PLAT" WHICH WAS PLACED OF RECORD ON NOVEMBER 2, 2006 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 2006086366, PLAT BOOK "H" AT PAGE 881, AND WHICH ERROR WAS CONTINUED ON THE "REVISED FINAL PLAT" WHICH WAS PLACED OF RECORD ON MARCH 15. 2007 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 2007020686, PLAT BOOK "H" AT PAGE 993. THIS CHANGE INVOLVES LOTS NUMBERED 64 AND 65 ONLY AND NO OTHER LOTS APPEARING ON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT. ALL OTHER PROVISIONS ON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT ARE AS STATED IN THE REVISED FINAL PLAT PREVIOUSLY RECORDED. 3.
