THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT IS FILED FOR RECORD AND RECORDED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS: 1. AT 1:30 P.M. ON THE 2ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006, THE DEVELOPER, JOINED BY THE SIENNA LA KE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AN ARKANSAS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF PULASK/ COUNTY, ARKANSAS, A DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR SIENNA LAKE, A COOPER COMMUNITY, WHICH DECLARATION /S THERE RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 2006086366 AND WHICH DECLARATION WAS FURTHER SUPPLEMENTED BY THE RECORDING OF A NOTICE OF ERRATA ON NOVEMBER 13, 2006 AS DOCUMENT NO. 2006088708 (COLLECTIVELY, 'THE DECLARATION"). THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT /S FILED TO CORRECT CERTAIN SCRIVENER ERRORS WHICH OCCURRED IN THE "ORIGINAL PLAT" WHICH WAS RECORDED CONTEMPORANEOUSLY WITH THE DECLARATION EXECUTED BY THE DEVELOPER WHICH HAD THE EFFECT OF BRINGING THE LANDS REFLECTED UPON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION, AND THE DECLARATION IN ITS ENTIRETY IS BY REFERENCE MADE A PART OF THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT. THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION SHALL CONTROL AS TO THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE IN THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT. 2. THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT /S TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR /N THE DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENTS AND SETBACK LINES THAT WAS CONTAINED ON THE "ORIGINAL PLAT" WHICH WAS PLACED OF RECORD ON NOVEMBER 2, 2006 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 2006086366, PLAT BOOK "H" AT PAGE 881, PLAT" WHICH WAS PLACED OF RECORD ON MARCH 15 AND WHICH ERROR WAS CONTINUED ON THE REVISED FINAL L C , 2007 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 2007020686, PLAT BOOK "H" AT PAGE 993. THIS CHANGE INVOLVES LOTS NUMBERED 64 AND 65 ONLY AND NO OTHER LOTS APPEARING ON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT. ALL OTHER PROVISIONS ON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT ARE AS STATED IN THE REVISED FINAL PLAT PREVIOUSLY RECORDED. 3. THE COMMON PROPERTIES REFLECTED UPON THIS SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT ARE INTENDED TO BE DEVOTED TO THE COMMON USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE OWNERS OF THE LOTS REFLECTED UPON SAID SECOND REVISED FINAL PLAT AS WELL AS OWNERS OF ALL THE PROPERTIES AS SO DEFINED IN THE DECLARATION AFORESAID AND SHALL IN NO WAY BE CONSIDERED AS DEDICATED FOR USE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 4.
