point on the Easterly right of way line of Willow Springs Road; thence, along the said Easterly right of
way line of Willow Springs Road, the following bearings and distances: N 31 °26' E, 174.2 feet; N 24o09'
E, 166.4 feet; N 19022' E, 229.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less.
