WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat Lot 3 to include the adjacent property
("Adjacent Property"), and this Replat and Amendment to Declaration of Restrictions and
Covenants is executed for that purpose; and
WHEREAS, Colonel Glenn Bowman Road Development 1, LLC ("Colonel Glenn")
consents and agrees to this replatting.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parker and Colonel Glenn, for and in consideration of the benefits
to accrue to them, their successors and assigns, which benefits they acknowledge to be of value,
have caused to be made a replat, showing a survey made by Paul W. White, Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the `� day of January, 2014, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, and showing the
boundaries and dimensions of the replatted property (the "Replat").
The land embraced in this Replat shall be forever known as Lot 3R, The Village at
Brodie Creek, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and any and
every deed of conveyance describing same as shown on the Replat shall always be deemed a
sufficient description thereof. This Replat and Amendment to Declaration of Restrictions and
Covenants amends the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants of The Village at Brodie Creek
Addition (the "Restrictions and Covenants") filed on December 21, 2012, in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No.
2012084291. Except as specifically amended by this Replat and Amendment to Declaration of
Restrictions and Covenants, all terms and conditions of the Declaration of Restrictions and
Covenants remain in full force and effect.
