ORDINANCE NO. 19,033 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR SIBLEY HOLE ROAD AT THE I-30 FRONTAGE ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Assembly of God District Council at I-30 Frontage Road and Sibley Hole Road. Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for a period of 5 years from the effective date of this ordinance or until adjacent improvements occur. The specific deferral is for widening and improving Sibley Hole Road. Subsection b. A minimum right-of-way dedication of 30 feet from centerline is to be done in the final plat for the property for both Sibley Hole and the I-30 Frontage Road. SECTION 2. The Planning Commission made a recommendation of approval at their December 4, 2004 Public Hearing of these requests.
