KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That whereas the Arkansas District Council of the Assemblies of God, Grantor is the sole
owner of the following described lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the above described property consists of one lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH THAT, the said Grantor has caused said property
to be surveyed by Paul White, and a plat thereof which is identified by the title Lot 1, Assembly
of God, and dated OeCeh2�3 , and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and recorded in Plat Book at page ��� in the
records of said Circuit Clerk, therefore, the Grantor hereby makes this Bill of Assurance.
The Grantor does hereby certify that it has laid off, platted, and subdivided said lands in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall forever be known as Lot
One, Assembly of God, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and conveyance of said
lands by lot number shown on the plat shall be considered a complete and proper description
thereof.
There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on the plat marked "easement" reserved
for the use of public utilities or for drainage purposes, subject at all times to the proper authorities
and to the easement herein reserved. Owners of the lot shall take their title subject to the rights
of public utilities and the public.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR SIBLEY HOLE ROAD AT
THE I-30 FRONTAGE ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Assembly of God
District Council at I-30 Frontage Road and Sibley Hole Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
deferred for a period of 5 years from the effective date of this ordinance or until
adjacent improvements occur. The specific deferral is for widening and
improving Sibley Hole Road.
Subsection b. A minimum right-of-way dedication of 30 feet from centerline is
to be done in the final plat for the property for both Sibley Hole and the I-30
Frontage Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.

Dear Mr. White:
Enclosed please find a copy of an Ordinance adopted by the Board of Directors at their January 6,
2004 Public Hearing approving the deferral of street improvements to Sibley Hole Road for the
Assembly of God Subdivision located on Sibley Hole Road. The Planning Commission made a
recommendation of approval at their December 4, 2004 Public Hearing of these requests.
Please submit three copies of the approved preliminary plat to me as soon as possible so your file
maybe closed out. If you have any questions concerning these ordinances, please feel free to
