Inc. is the sole owner of the following described property; Lots 5 and b. Stonecreek Village, and Addition to the City of Little Stock, Pulaski County. Arkansas, and desire to replat said lots. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Bosley Construction. Inc. hereinafter termed grantor has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots 56t and6% Stonecreek Village, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County. Arkansas and the date Maw and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instr,, li3a7 and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantor does hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filling of this Bill of Assurance and plat record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. All buildings constructed on said lot shall be constructed no nearer to the street then the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
