This structure will not be used for any purpose or in a manner that violates any Zoning, Premise or Housing Codes of the City of Little Rock or requirements of the MacArthur Park Historical District. 3. All electrical wiring will be in good repair and properly installed, if this dwelling unit has gas service, all piping must be in good repair and installed in accordance with applicable codes. 5. If at any time I wish to convert this unit back to living quarters, I will notify the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs and will bring this unit into full compliance with the Housing Code of the City of Little Rock prior to occupancy. 6, i also agree, in order to upgrade the appearance and stability of this unit, to do all needed repairs and painting of the unit's exterior prior to converting to storage use 7 1 also agree to maintain the appearance and stability of this unit in a manner acceptable to the City of Little Rock. 8 1 further understand that if I allow this dwelling unit to be occupied without prior approval from the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs a citation or warrant may be issued for my appearance in Little Rock District Court. 9 1 will allow inspections of this storage unit to insure it is maintained in a safe manner that will not threaten the healtn, safety and welfare of the occupants of any attached unit(s). 10, 1 will not stare any flammable materials and will maintain this unit free of improperly stored combustible materials. I also agree to allow inspection of this property at all reasonable times.
