The applicant wishes to add seven (7) window air conditioner units to the building.
COA REQUEST: four (4) of these units are visible from East Ninth Street Ninth and three (3) are
visible from South Commerce Street.
The subject property is located at 420 East
Ninth Street. The property's legal
description is "The East 82 feet of Lot 7,
Block 60 of the Original City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas."
The applicant has contacted Staff in order to
withdraw his application without prejudice
to allow for an the application of a more
comprehensive Certificate of
Appropriateness. Staff supports this
request.
