3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH TURF AND SOIL MANAGEMENT
5 CONTRACT SERVICES, LLC, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5)
6 BARONESS MODEL LM315 GREENS MOWERS WITH ATTACHMENTS,
7 FOR THE REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE AND FIRST TEE, IN AN
8 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO
9 THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND 43/100 DOLLARS
10 ($352,240.43),PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES;AND FOR OTHER
11 PURPOSES.

13 WHEREAS, Rebsamen Park Golf Course and First Tee under the City's Parks & Recreation
14 Department has a need for five (5) Baroness Model LM315 Greens Mowers with attachments, as
15 replacements for aged equipment which is costly to maintain and repair;and,
16 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through TIPS Contract No. 24010401, pursuant to Little
17 Rock,Ark.Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18,2025);and,
18 WHEREAS,pursuant to Little Rock Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18,2025)the Purchasing
19 Division of the City of Little Rock is authorized to purchase on contracts awarded by the State of Arkansas;
20 and,
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
23 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Turf and Soil Management
24 Contract Services, LLC, Inc., for the purchase of five (5) Baroness Model LM315 Greens Mowers
25 with attachments, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty
26 and 43/100 Dollars($352,240.43),plus applicable taxes and fees.
27 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available from the Parks & Recreation Bond Account No.
28 332459-72200-B45D005.
29 Section 3.Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4.Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
