Home My WebLink About16698 RESOLUTION NO. 16,698 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A 4 CONTRACT WITH OLSSON INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE 5 HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($104,800.00) 6 TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS,it is desirable and a regulatory requirement to provide quarterly explosive gas moni- 9 toring, NSPS surface monitoring, semi-annual and annual reports to comply with the Title V Operating 10 Air Permit and a Greenhouse Gas Report for calendar year 2025 for the City of Little Rock's(the"City") t 1 Landfill;and, 12 WHEREAS,the City issued a Request for Statements of Qualifications,Bid Event Number 2707 13 on November 12, 2024; 25 submissions were received, and it was determined that Olsson Inc., was the 14 most highly qualified to provide the services required. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 16 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 17 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Olsson Inc., to provide 18 quarterly explosive gas monitoring,NSPS surface monitoring, Title V air permit reports, and greenhouse 19 gas report in amount not to exceed One Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars($104,800.00). 20 Section 2. Funds for this engagement are allocated by the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund. 21 Section 3. Severability.In the event any portion of this Resolution is declared or adjudged to be 22 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this 23 Resolution,which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or 24 unconstitutional was not originally a part of this Resolution. 25 Section 4. Repealer.
