SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATION
ALTA/Ai LAND TITLE SURVEY
This is to certify to Family Dollar Stores, Inc., and its affiliates, and the -
Lawyer's Title Insurance Company, as Agent, that (1) this map or
plat and the survey on which it is based were made in accordance with
the "Minimum Standards Detail Requirement for ALTA/ACSM Land Title
Surveys", jointly established and adopted by ALTA, ACSM and NSPS in
1999, and includes all items required by Family Dollar's Boundary, Physical
and Topographical Survey Requirements, and (11) pursuant to the Accuracy
Standards (as adopted by ALTA, NSPS, and ACSM and in effect on the date
of this certification) the Positional Uncertainties resulting from the survey
measurements made on the survey do not exceed the allowable Positional
Tolerance. Also, certify that the easements shown on the survey are based
upon Commitment No. 22-49739 prepared by Lenders Title Insurance
Company, and list the exceptions shown on the Commitment and
state whether they affect the property.
GENERAL NOTES
1. There are no buildings located on this property.
2. There are no parking lots/stripes located on this property.
3. This property has direct access to "Asher" Avenue
(area under construction at the time of survey)
4. This property has had earth moving work along the South
line (Asher Avenue).
5. There has been a proposed Right-of-way change along
Asher Avenue.
6. There is no observable evidence of this site being used as
a solid waste dump, sump, or sanitary landfill.
7. Sanitary Sewer line along Asher Avenue is as shown. Any questions

8. Concerning storm water on site detention/retention design a licensed
Civil Engineer should be consulted. The engineering design formula
that the city of Little Rock uses for calculations for storm water run-
off is the "rational method of hydrology" (formula = Q = Ku CiA)
9. No existing tanks/drainage fills or other applicable utilities
were noticed and no subsurface investigations were
conducted for this.
